1. CHOOSING A DATE
Refer to the calendar below. Game times are Friday evenings, Saturday afternoons or evenings, and Sunday afternoons. Recommended start times are 12:00 and 6:30 PM, but you may specify a start time when you contact the Park to make your arrangements. Reserved dates are denoted in red and are unavailable. Daytime games are noted in yellow. Available dates are denoted in green.
For Park planning purposes, start time and version to be played must be entered with the reservation. Additionally, in order to secure your reservation, you must have a COMPLETE LINE-UP of players entered on the schedule at the time you make the reservation. Changes can be made later providing the Park has enough prior notice.
Please committ to no other plans the day of the game. CRT requires a 5 hour minimum window to execeute and complete.
Dates in May are reserved for season closing games .
2. RESERVING A DATE
Out of consideration to your fellow CRT players, secure your desired date IF
You can keep the date and there is little chance of any changes
You have a complete line-up of players and can confirm your date
You can notify the Park 2 weeks in advance of any canges
Contact us via email. Use your own email system. Dates can also be scheduled in person at the Park or by telephone. For security reasons, you must attend your first game before being issued the Park's telephone number and email address. All reserved dates will appear on this schedule.
Specify your start time, version, how many are playing and if beginners are attending (in which Series 1 or 2 are played). Veterans and experts may also select stationary rides of their choice if they like. For security reasons, beginners (new folks) must first be accompanied to the Park by an established player (veteran or expert) before being issued the Park's email address.
BEGINNERS have played a minimum of two games of Cathode Raytube Land, Series 1 and/or 2.
VETERANS have played the first 5 versions of Cathode Raytube Land (Series 1, 2, 3, 4, & West).
EXPERTS have played all versions of Cathode Raytube Land and have won 3 games.
IMPORTANT: Your date will be secured and noted on the calendar below in red (yellow for daytime game). The line-up of players for your game will also be listed. You will receive a general CRT email or phone call from the Park 1week prior to your game, to which you must reply and confirm for your visit to take place as soon as possible. When your group is confirmed, it will be noted on the calendar. If you do not confirm your date, or if any players in your group cancel, the game will be cancelled and the date will be immediately made available. In order for you to retain the date, you must have replacement players immediately available.
3. MAKING CHANGES
Please make changes to player line-ups, start times or other arrangements BEFORE you arrive, preferably no later than 2 WEEKS prior to your game. Make sure your email and phone information is correct and up-to-date at the Park!
4. CANCELLING A DATE
If possible, please cancel your game 2 WEEKS ahead of the date IF
You are unable to keep the committment due to a schedule conflict
You do not have a complete player line-up and you and the Park are unable to secure replacements
There is ANY chance uncertain factors may interfere during the course of the game
We appreciate and understand emergency situations. Please do your best to keep us informed regarding your game event.
MULTIPLE WINNER EVENT SCHEDULING PROCESS
1. To qualify for the event, you must win 2 games of CRT during the 16th Season.
2. Your name is entered into one of two groups. Group 1 plays game 1, Group 2 plays game 2. Versions played will be determined by participating players voting for the version they would like to play via email prior to the event. If a version cannot be selected by this process, the Master will choose the version.
3. You must confirm your attendance no later than 2 weeks prior to the event, and you must reserve your entire weekend as well, in case you end up playing in the championship game. If this is not possible, you would forfiet your opportunity to play in the championship game and the next qualifying player will be offered the opportunity. You are not obligated to participate in the event if you are a multiple winner. For planning purposes, each qualifying player must supply a phone number they can be reached at for last minute developments that may affect them.
4. A Championship game will take place depending on the conditions and number of winners in the event. This condition may change as the season progresses.
5. Winners from the preceeding game(s), plus qualifiers (one from each game), will play the 5 player Championship Series 6 game. The two "best of show" qualifiers will be determined by the amount of credits they have, and in the event of an unlikely tie, by their possession amount.
6. These conditions are subject to change according to the number of multiple winners participating in the event.
