Abyhanga
Shirodara is a blissful 45 minute treatment that allows you to melt into a deep state of relaxation.  This treatment is a continuous flow (dhara) of warm oil onto your 3rd eye and forehead, allowing you to sink deeply into a peaceful state of being.  Shirodara is wonderful for balancing the emotions, removing stress, pacifying insomnia and depression, and bringing one into a happy, relaxed state of being.  Especially relieving after Abyhanga.

Katta Vasti
If you suffer from any kind of lower back pain, that is either constant or reoccurring, then this is the treatment for you.  Heated therapeutic oil is contained within a reservoir, bathing the spine, muscles and chakras in a soothing bath.  The oil penetrates deeply through the tissues, calming the vertebrae nerves and muscles.

45 minute treatment- $60
Abyhanga and Kata Vasti together-$110
A treatment designed to purify and soothe inflamed joints and muscles.  Specially prepared poultices of rice are soaked in a hot steamed milk and herb mixture and then applied to the body in a rhythmic, relaxing massage.  This seeps deep into the muscles, allowing them to release, and to relax.

1 hour treatment- $75
Hot Sand Treatment
The Ayurvedic Hot Sand Treatment sinks deep into the muscles, reaching hard to get areas, and soothing the deepest aches and pains.  This treatment is for deep muscular release and healing.  Compresses of hot sand are pressed onto the muscles, allowing the weight and the warmth to soothe and heal.

1 hour treatment- $75
Chakra Treatments
Warm oil will help to create balance in a blocked chakra, allowing the energy to flow and to move out of its stagnant pattern.  A reservoir is built on the affected chakra and warm oil is placed in the reservoir allowing it to soak into the deep layers of the physical and the energetic.  This will lubricate the energy centres and allow for release and new flow.
