filled with tasty and luxurious foods to make your taste buds tingle
and body smile.
We will also learn how to prepare some basic foods that will be important ingredients in your cooking and healing experience. An important aspect of Ayurvedic Cooking is the energy that is put in the food, so of course we will have lots of fun while we are learning! Cooking with balance for the body and for the spirit brings health, happiness, and proper digestion.
