My Educational Philosophy
Education, to me, is a process of growth and development. It lasts a lifetime. I believe my responsibility as an educator is to create in children a sense of awe when it comes to learning so that they appreciate and value knowledge and discovery.
I believe in the importance of involving students in their learning. When the lessons are student centered and student led, I find that the students become more active and enthusiastic learners. They also retain such learning far better.
