Even though God calls individuals into the Five Fold Ministry offices, training is very necessary for each office.
The Holy Spirit will guide the leadership to raise up "Joshua's".
The leadership will be comprised of experienced ministers with a proven a track record of ministry.

There are age restrictions for each office. To be considered for any Bishopric position, applicants must be at least 30 years old.
